Description

It’s never been more important to feel good on the inside and out, so come and join me, Marleina, for an online conversation where we will discuss practical ways to eat better and stay active and energised. 

Cover easy-to-prepare meal options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks. Remember, you don’t have to sacrifice taste and variety to live a healthy lifestyle! 

We will also chat about how you can keep your body hydrated, improve sleep patterns and sustainably maintain energy levels.  

In addition, we will discuss simple ways to incorporate exercise into our daily lives,achievable activities to help all of us feel better and enjoy a positive outlook.

Since its founding, “caring and sharing” has been the keystone of Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. We aim to provide a supportive environment in which community members can continue their education, while helping to enrich the life of our community.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  For cancellations contact Park Orchards Learning Centre to organise a refund or transfer on 03 9876 4381 or courses@parkorchards.org.au 

Refunds and transfers may not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing.  We do not offer refunds for missed classes.

Terms & Conditions

Anyone participating in any classes or events organised by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Park Orchards Learning Centre.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at classes and events organised by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. (For use of Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Park Orchards Learning Centre requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer. 

4.) CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.

Only did last session as only found out about these sessions 2 days ago. The presenter is brilliant: friendly & informative. Great information is shared to us on zoom so we can read & don't have to take down notes. Also, such a nice gesture that presenter able to email us today's presentation and offering a free e-book to us. Would love to make an appointment to see presenter if she doesn't live too far away.
