45MINS OF ENERGISING OUTDOOR TRAINING - START TO FINISH!

Our Monday sessions are all about making your training fun, interesting and of course - getting you the results you want! Whether it's to add something more to your current routine, mixing it up, meeting new people, getting motivated by others, all in a really cost-effective way!

Free trial for first-timers, bring a friend & give it a go! Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, make the most of your lunch break, get fit, tone up, lose kgs fast, have fun (yes it IS possible!) & meet some great people too! 

Please note: You don't need a gym membership to attend any of these sessions below - they are all held outside, run solely by our Proactive Team.
