Join us for fitness and fun at an affordable price!

With 3 sessions on offer per week, you can join our small groups to help achieve your health and fitness goals at a convenient time and affordable price.

First session is complimentaryInvestment: $15 per session (pre-paid 4-week pack of sessions). This means you can commit to 1,2 or 3 sessions per week depending on your availability, goals and budget.

The facilities include outdoor (baseball grounds), undercover verandah of the baseball club, and indoor clubrooms - so matter what the weather and temperature we are able to train in pleasant surroundings!

For your first session (free!) please download and complete the Participation Form, and bring along to your first session.

Classes run every Monday and Wednesday, 6.30pm - 8.15pm or Saturday at 7.45am - 9.00am
