Description

Gentle movement for Wellbeing

A chair-based exercise class for improving strength, flexibility, balance, joint-health and overall fitness. This class includes standing exercises that can also be done seated.  All movements can be adapted to suit participants’ individual needs.

We recommend that you seek your doctor’s approval before starting any exercise.

Each session will end with tea/coffee and biscuits.
