Description
Come and learn the art of Tai-Chi in four taster sessions with Thai Do. Originally from Vietnam, Thai has been teaching for over 4 years here in Australia and assures you that there are multiple benefits to learning the art of Tai Chi.
Slow down, breathe, increase flexibility and strength and move through a meditation using gentle exercises.
On Saturdays 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of September.
These initial classes are FREE of charge but registrations are essential. There is a certain number of places allocated. Please register to secure your place. If you have not registered, you will not be able to take part.
