Every week was a great learning new techniques and Dani was a great teacher!! Pace was balanced with plenty of time to experiment and practise and the studio was comfortable and easy to get to. Highly recommend for those starting out. I’m so excited to continue learning, that I already booked myself into the intermediate class.

A small class, was great, not having enough equipment like sand paper, one of many items to finish a project was really sad. People turning up late and then getting one on one time as they were late pretty annoying. This class is really just for fun, like sip and paint. This is not a class to introduce you into jewellery making. Put me off jewellery making.

Hi Lucus,

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your course.

We know there was an issue with the punctuality of a student in your class. While we stress the importance of punctuality, students have legitimate reasons for being late. As professionals, we must show care. It is frustrating when a student is careless and demanding; also tricky for a tutor to manage. We are sorry that you were adversely affected.

We have ample tools & consumables; students only need to ask tutors. Each bench has a tool board with essential tools; the classroom has 100s more. Some tools & equipment will need to be shared; this doesn't usually cause problems and will happen at any jewellery school.

Students from your class produced exceptional works, not pieces that would be made in a "sip and paint" style course and several have progressed to advanced classes.

It's a shame you didn't contact your tutor or us with your concerns at the time. We are always ready and keen to address any concerns. Regards Kim

I absolutely loved this course. Our teacher, Danielle was very friendly & knowledgeable. We learned all the basics (cutting/sawing, soldering, shaping/forming etc.) and made some beautiful pieces of jewellery in an encouraging & safe environment. The studios are spacious and clean, very inviting and have all the tools you need to make your projects. Highly recommend this course to anyone thinking about learning how to make jewellery!
