I learnt about the basics of fermentation to create my own starter culture. I also learnt how to care for my starter culture, and the difference between different grains/flours. I can now confidently cook a no knead sour dough loaf of bread!

A great basic starter course for anyone interested in baking their own sourdough bread. Clear, well delivered information & small class size. Easy to follow instructions and home pack. I also like that more advanced workshops are available with the same organisation, to develop these skills further.
