i enjoyed one of the cheesemaking classes yesterday.Making Haloumi.The class was professional ,informative and very hands on. We took away with us, the recipe and method instructions and part of the cheese product we made on the day. We also got to taste test a few recipes. Great day with great people.Thankyou Girls.

Excellent cooking class, very engaging and the hands on experience was reinforcing the method so you left feeling confident you could complete this at home. The use of the leftover whey to make ricotta and use the juice for pickling or in pasta dishes made it a no waste day! Loved it especially the taste testing of various spices and herbs that you can cook the haloomi with for different palates!
