These Indian recipes are contemporary and easy to prepare - perfect for the relaxed way we entertain. Many have an international twist on the traditional flavours of Indian food.

Join Tony Ching in the kitchen to create these fantastic recipes, some classics, some with a twist. - then sit together and share a delicious feast. These recipes will show you how to create a contemporary style of cooking while still honouring the richly diverse nature of Indian food.

I love the sauce cooking classes enjoying learning about cooking food from different cultures. The classes are a real joy to experience, also have a culinary appreciation of the different flavors

I learnt new skills using ingredients that I love. Many hints and tips were given throughout the class and it was not difficult to see how I could use these in my cooking at home. I felt it was excellent value and our instructor was clear, informative and extremely knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this class and would happily do another. The food was delicious, the company was really great and the atmosphere was welcoming with a real buzz in the room. I loved the experience.
