It was the best entertainment I have had for a long time and I learned heaps too. Tony's directions were given in an easy going way and his stories were enjoyable. We had a choice about participating or not. The food cooked was great. Especially the desert. Guess who has a sweet tooth? We thought that we would do another class with Tony towards the end of the year but there is none planned. It turned out to be a great girls night out.

An excellent way to spend a few hours over the weekend with lots of interesting and surprising hints. Learnt heaps and find myself trying some methods. Only complaint was too much food to eat. Highly recommend. Cheers Julie
