Caramel Duck: Slow cooked duck w ginger & orange
Marinated Salmon: Pickled vegetable salad, fresh herbs & hot & sour dressing
Grilled Pork: BBQ pork w spicy green pawpaw and peanuts

Fabulous day. Learnt loads about Vietnamese flavours and certainly will make me more adventurous when cooking at home. Now I feel confident to roll and present Vietnamese rolls.
