Spiced pumpkin soup: Thai spiced pumpkin soup w king prawns & Thai basil
Cuttlefish salad: Grilled cuttlefish tossed w egg strips, coriander & siracha lime dressing
Lamb rendang: Slow cooked lamb in a rich rendang gravy finished w toasted coconut
Steamed barramundi: Barramundi steamed in ginger, soy & Chinese rice wine

Unfortunately I went home sick 40 minutes into the class. I am waiting to hear if a pro rata amount of the fee will be given towards another clsss. It had started out tobe a very impressive presentation.

Create an Asian Dinner Party with Kelly Lord was excellent. It was very good value and Kelly is a very good, patient teacher. We were all encouraged to be involved in getting the ingredients ready, to cooking them and then enjoying the finished products. I found the content almost overwhelming but resolved to come home and cook all the recipes. I achieved this with ease and was surprised at how much I had retained. What I hadn't retained was available in the two cookbooks that I purchased. I have also cooked 'Crispy fried fish' from the cookbook. Thanks Kelly and Taste for organising this cooking class. I would highly recommend it.
