Learn the art of easy and delicious handmade gnocchi! A wonderful hands-on session. We will learn how to make gnocchi from scratch and end with delectable vanilla berry pannacotta for dessert! Rustic Italian food is very seasonal in its approach, so we will add details about other dishes closer to the date. Look forward to making and enjoying:

We are delighted to have Mel Townsend joining us for this special class. Zimbabwean-born chef Mel owns Vanilla Zulu Culinary Adventures in Brisbane. She runs entertaining and fun cooking classes and team building events for both serious ‘foodies’ and newbies to learn how to go wild with food.
Come along on your own and make some new friends, or make a group get-together. Our classes are great fun in a friendly atmosphere in our beautiful historic building.

I loved the menu we learnt to cook & will make it for my family. The beef gazpacho was a yummy surprise. Lots of great tips given throughout the class.
