Join Argentenian born and bred Paola Cabezas preparing a Spanish dinner to die for and matching Robert Channon Wines.
Paola completed her Winemaker studies in Spain at the top of the class, working and producing award winning wines in Argentina. After meeting her Husband she settled in Australia intially working with Heritage Wines and Summit Estate Wines. During her years of making wine in Queensland, she continued to go to France – Fitou, 2003; Minervois, 2005; and Corbieres, 2005. In Australia, Paola also began judging wine shows, including the first-ever, all female wine panel of judges in an Australian wine show.Summit Estate Wines received the five-star winery status from James Halliday for the first time. He calls Paola the “Flying Spaniard”.
In 2014 Paola started her wine education company while working with Robert Channon Wines, and has been trained as a professional speaker and comedian. Wine remains her passion but helping people is an even greater one.
Paola hopes after taking one of her courses you become empowered and confident in choosing wines, drinking the wine you love and knowing why you do.
