Isn’t it time you perfected the art of dumpling making? We all love delicious, juicy dumplings. Join this dumpling masterclass and learn how to make them at home - without stress!

Urban Kitchen presents Lee Chan. A fabulous, fun TV presenter with a passion for Chinese cooking and of course the wonderful world of dumplings.

This class starts with the dough. Lee will demonstrate how easy it is to make your own dumpling dough. Then she will guide you through the steps on how to make 3 fillings: pork, tofu and a non-traditional lamb. But the combinations are endless.

Lee will then demonstrate creative and traditional ways to seal or pleat the dumplings. Of course, you will also learn how to create a variety of dipping sauces, each perfectly matched to the dumpling.

During the class, you will be able to make a range of dumplings and cook them in a number of ways. What do you prefer? Steamed, boiled or fried? This will be a fun class where you will learn real skills that can be used time and time again.
