No more half-baked ideas – you will loave this traditional German sourdough bread making class.
Bread (read, good bread) is an essential part of German culture and traditional German bread is on the rise. Rest assured this is one custom that will not crumble; there is growing evidence that slow fermented bread, such as sourdough, may be more readily digested and healthier for us.
In this hands on, one day class you will be initiated into the fermentation and mixing procedures to create traditional German sourdough, whole grain rye bread and pumpkin and sesame sourdough. Determine the techniques and processes used in the creation of German sourdough, learn how to control and shape your dough and develop the specialised skills needed to create sourdough.
Stop loafing around and rediscover your lust for loaf with this class.
Please note that enrolments will close 48 hours prior to commencement of class
A light lunch is provided for all class participants
On completion of this class you will receive a certificate of attendance.
