Description

Braids: it’s much easier than you think! Ever wanted to learn how to do the looks you see in magazines and Instagram? By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to do red-carpet worthy hair on yourself any day of the week.

Experienced braiding teacher Theresa (from Braidiance.com) will guide you through the basics: from the super-easy plait all the way up to braids you’ve seen on Pinterest and YouTube — and never thought you’d be able to do yourself.

Theresa will use her lovely model to showcase all the intricacies you’ll need to master different techniques. Then you’ll get a chance to practice on one another to lock that muscle memory into your fingers.

You’ll walk away knowing how to do half a dozen of the best braids out there, the basis of everything you see on the red carpet. By the end of class, you’ll be an intermediate-level braider! Your future hairstyles from here on out will be next level.

About Theresa from Braidiance

Enduring a childhood of short hair, Theresa Winters rebelled by teaching herself how to braid on her Barbie dolls. In later life (and with much longer hair), she re-discovered her love of braiding. She founded Braidiance (www.braidiance.com) in 2012, which allows her to teach braiding workshops throughout Melbourne. Hundreds of people now know how to do the Fishtail and the Waterfall thanks to her classes.
