Make Perfect Macarons Each Time
Learn to make French macarons from an actual French chef!
Macarons are too pretty to eat; but we eat them anyway because they’re such delicious little treats! We love these dainty morsels and, without a doubt, they have been the “it” cookies over the past years. But if you haven’t gotten up to speed on how to make these colourful French confections, you’re in luck.
Sweet Artist Academy’s super popular macaron making class, led by owner and French pastry chef Patrick Vuaillat, is happening once again on 24th April at the school’s studio in Winton Rd, Joondalup, WA.
There is a vast number of recipes with various cooking methods for making perfect macarons, many of which will be learned during the evening workshop. Participants will learn fundamental baking techniques such as piping and the making of fillings, including ganache, buttercream, and salted caramel. At the end of the class, you will have made a whopping 90+ macarons, all with different fillings.
Macarons Evening Class will run on Tuesday, April 24th, from 6pm to 8.30pm. Find ticket prices and more details about this class in the link below.
