Spicer Tamarind Retreat’s latest class invites you to look beyond your familiar food favourites, and discover a wealth of South East Asian dishes to add to your winter menu. Think Spicy Vegetable Laksa, Pumpkin and Duck Egg Curry with Roasted Peanuts, Rice Pilaf and more. Exotic yet exciting right?
These very dishes hailing from countries Malaysia, China & Cambodia will be covered this Saturday at the Spicers Tamarind Retreat. Participants of the class will learn to use simple ingredients to produce full flavoured dishes. Best part of class, of course, is when students get to try out the dishes.
