It’s a Lamb Feast: The Better Meat Alternative

Lamb is one of the most delicious meats around, and it’s been making the news lately. According to data by Meat & Livestock Australia, the numbers of lambs being processed to eat is 9% higher in Australia than it was at this time last year. And we aren’t just eating lamb because it’s the cool thing to do.

Lamb is becoming popular because it is arguably one of the healthiest meats. Most lambs are grass-fed, which means that lamb meat contains high amounts of nutrients. And, did you know, that eating a wider range of meat is better for the environment? Taking a step away from the beef or pork every now and then to enjoy lamb is actually good for our planet.

The numbers speak for themselves: if we’re eating 9% more lamb now than we were a year ago, then lamb is one of trendiest meat right now.

After this class, you’ll be the best cook in the neighbourhood! Your kids will be full, your neighbours will be jealous, and cooking will suddenly not be as hard as you expected! Who knows, your family may even surprise you and love lamb more than they love the basic holiday ham.
