The Canterbury Neighbourhood Centre is a not-for-profit organisation which offers educational, recreational and social support activities for all of the community. The centre was established in 1981 and is directed by a voluntary Committee of Management made up of local interested residents.

We aim to offer Courses that empower, educate, encourage, inspire, or indulge you! From Language courses, Playgroup, Health & Wellbeing, Arts & Crafts, Social and Special Interest courses for the Community.

Great workshop for beginners. I learnt so much and it was so insightful. I can't wait to start building out my wicking beds and getting my soil ready for planting. Thanks so much :)

A very comprehensive introduction to Veggie Growing! I really learnt a lot in the 2 hour workshop, covering all manner of soil options, compost, times to plant different herbs and vegetable from seeds and/or seedlings. I am now very motivated to start my own vegetable garden in both pots, and a dedicated vegetable garden.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

A refund can be requested 5 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$15.00 applies.

Terms & Conditions

Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Classes will only run with enough bookings.
