What is ikebana
Ikebana is a Japanese Floral Art that aims to bring out the inner qualities of the flower’s entity.
Workshop details
You will learn the basics of Ikebana in a relaxed and inspiring space. This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills to consider designing beautiful floral art at home. Azumi will introduce you to the essentials of Ikebana and nurture your creativity so you will be able to create contemporary, artistic arrangements with a new understanding of floral design.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a transfer or credit note.
If you can't attend the class:
- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$45.00 applies.
- A credit note can be requested 3 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$45.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

If the organiser cancels the class: You are entitled to a full refund.
If you are unable to attend the class: We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your booking to an alternative date or issue a credit at no additional charge—provided we receive at least 7 working days' notice. This is because we prepare materials and reserve your place in advance.
Cancellations or transfer requests within 7 days of the class are subject to a 30% administrative fee (fee varies depending on the class).
The remaining tuition fee can be kept as a credit for future use.
Please note: Due to our small class sizes and limited availability, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed classes. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the class will be charged at 100%.
Age Requirements
Children under 14 are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is responsible for their supervision throughout the session.
Attendance & Punctuality
We start our sessions on time, and early arrival is recommended.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation.
To respect all participants, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may refuse entry to the session. Refunds will not be provided in this case
Class Cancellations
- Classes are subject to sufficient enrolment numbers.
- We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course.
