what students are saying
Unleash your imagination and discover the joy of writing in these fun, low-pressure online workshops with author Melissa Gijsbers
Each session kicks off with a quirky, brain-boosting writing prompt designed to spark your creativity and help your ideas flow. You’ll get the chance to share (if you want to), connect with other young writers who get it, and ask your burning questions to a published author.
Every session stands on its own, so you can jump in whenever it suits you. Run via Zoom, they’re relaxed, welcoming, and all about building confidence, having fun, and enjoying the wellbeing benefits of creative writing.
