Reptile Encounters is home to over 500 Native Australian Animals. Our amazing wildlife inspire children and adults alike to take an interest in the natural world. The majority of species we have here in Australia are found nowhere else on Earth. Our expert team are passionate about education and do so through our range of wildlife presentations, school incursions, kids parties, and in-house school holiday programs.
On our HQ tour, you are invited to peek behind the scenes and discover the quirks that make our truly unique Australian wildlife so special. You will be given a guided tour by one of the Reptile Encounters Team where you will meet an array of wildlife ranging from creepy crawlies like spiny leaf stick insects, to humungous python snakes, cuddly marsupials, majestic birds, and even crocodiles.

Please Note: Children under the age of 4 years old are free. The Children 4+ rate is for kids 4yo-12yo.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case youโre not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Reptile Encounters or organised by Reptile Encounters must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Reptile Encounters
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Reptile Encounters unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Reptile Encounters classes and events or on Reptile Encounters premises for use in Reptile Encounters marketing materials. Parents and guests are welcome to take photos of their own children during our Zookeeper for a Day experiences and other events, however, we value the safety and well-being of all visitors, especially children, at our premises so we request adherence to child safety and privacy guidelines and ask that you do not post or distribute images without explicit consent from all people in these images.
