Breaking Bread

We’re not in the bread business—we’re in the baking business. If bread is your passion, this intensive one-day class will take you beyond half-measures and into the fundamentals of true bread making.

Guided by an experienced baker, you’ll explore the essential functions of ingredients, formulas, and how they interact. Discover the stages of bread production, work with different grains, and master the art of dough construction. This foundation class covers a wide range of dough mixes—from basic to more advanced—along with hands-on techniques such as kneading and rolling.

Ideal for both beginners and enthusiastic home bakers looking to refine their skills, this immersive session ensures you leave with greater confidence and practical knowledge. Best of all, you’ll take home everything you bake on the day.
