Participants will learn techniques including kneading, rolling, and working with different grain types through a variety of basic and advanced dough forms.
Ideal for both beginners and those wishing to refine their skills, this intensive one-day class promises a rewarding experience for all bread lovers. A light lunch will be supplied, and all baked goods can be taken home along with a certificate of attendance.
