Introduction to Cake Decorating

Turn your cake into a work of art and learn how to professionally decorate cakes for any occasion. This hands-on course introduces you to traditional and fundamental fondant flower techniques in a supportive kitchen environment.

During the class, you will create a variety of RTR fondant applications and practise basic flower making, including leaves, butterflies and love hearts. As a range of flowers are produced, you will work on a pre-prepared fruit cake (no baking is included in this class).

A light lunch is provided, and you’ll take home everything you create. Upon completion, you will receive a digital certificate of attendance.
