Introduction to Cake Decorating
Turn your cake into a work of art in this hands-on cake decorating class at William Angliss Institute. Learn how to professionally decorate cakes for special occasions using traditional fondant techniques and fundamental finishing skills.
In this practical session, you will work on a pre-prepared fruit cake (no baking required) and create a variety of RTR fondant applications, including basic flowers, leaves, butterflies and love hearts. By the end of the class, you’ll have a beautifully decorated cake to take home and showcase.
Please note: Due to our environmental sustainability policy, disposable containers are not provided. Bring a tall, suitable container to transport your cake home.
