Danish Pastries Baking Essentials
Join our expert Pastry Chef in this immersive baking class focused on mastering traditional Danish pastries. Learn how to prepare decadent sweet pastries filled with vanilla crème pâtissière, frangipani, apple and sultana, as well as seasonal fruits.
This hands-on course will guide you through the intricate techniques of laminated pastry creation, empowering you with skills to execute flawless pastries at home. Gain a solid understanding of ingredient functions and learn professional filling techniques in a supportive environment.
All participants will enjoy a light lunch during the session and will take home everything they bake. Don't forget to bring suitable containers as disposable ones are not provided due to our sustainability policy.
