Join this hands-on pastry class and discover the secrets behind crafting traditional Danish viennoiseries. Guided by a professional Pastry Chef, you will learn to create sumptuous laminated pastries filled with crème patisserie, frangipane, apple, sultanas, and delicate fruit fillings.

Throughout the session, you'll deconstruct techniques behind multilayered dough, enabling you to confidently recreate these authentic treats at home. Enjoy a light lunch during class, and take your beautifully baked pastries home.
