The class combines practical, hands-on instruction with key theoretical knowledge that enhances your understanding of cake-making principles.
You'll also observe demonstrations of pound and madeira cake preparation, aiding you in continuing the skills learned in class at home. A certificate of attendance is awarded upon completion.
