Currently vying for world domination, one delicate, mouth-watering treat at a time, macarons are the vanguard of modern patisserie. Bright, colourful, delicate and delicious—what’s not to love? Learn to adore them even more by baking your own macaron fantasies at home.

Deceptive in their simplicity, macarons are a light French delicacy. Guided by our experienced pastry chef, you'll learn to create and perfect the macaron shell and expand your skills by crafting a variety of decadent fillings and creative presentation styles. The only limit is your imagination.

At the end of the class, you’ll take home all your creations and receive a certificate of attendance. A light lunch is also provided.

What to wear

Participants are requested to wear flat, enclosed, rubber soled shoes for comfort and safety in the kitchens. To ensure food safety procedures are followed, long hair should be tied back and all unnecessary jewellery removed.
