In this demanding class, explore the techniques of producing classic and contemporary gateaux. Discover the secrets to creating and building these delicious layered desserts, where textures and flavours combine to produce an explosion of taste.
Led by a professional Pastry Chef, this hands-on session will challenge your skills and elevate your pastry abilities. You'll also learn vital patisserie concepts including decoration and presentation using recipes such as mango or chocolate mousse, dacquoise, meringue, and chocolate ganache.
This course provides a strong foundation for further pastry study and ends with a certificate of participation. Participants will enjoy a light lunch and take home everything they make.
