Guided by our expert Pastry Chef, this immersive experience will stretch your skills and elevate your patisserie abilities. You'll gain hands-on experience with recipes such as mango or chocolate mousses, dacquoise, meringue, and rich chocolate ganache, all while learning to decorate and present your creations in a professional way.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance and enjoy a light lunch during the session. Everything made during the class can be taken home—please bring your own containers due to our sustainability policy.
