Le Gateaux Patisserie Class


In this demanding and hands-on class, explore the techniques behind producing both classic and contemporary gateaux. Discover the delicate art of layering flavours and textures to create stunning cakes with an explosion of taste.

Led by an expert Pastry Chef, this course will broaden your skills, stretch your ability and push your capabilities to the next level. Build a strong foundation in patisserie as you learn to create and assemble gateaux featuring elements such as mango or chocolate mousses, dacquoise, meringue and chocolate ganache.

You will also learn how to decorate and professionally present your finished product. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a digital certificate of attendance and take home everything you create.

  • Please bring suitable containers to transport your creations home (no disposable containers provided).
