You don’t have to travel the world or the seven seas to find the best cheesecake—learn how to bake two very different, but equally cheesing, cheesecakes in this fabulous new class.
Firstly, learn to create the classic New York cheesecake—smooth and silky vanilla cheese filling encased in buttery biscuit crumbs and topped with fresh berries and Chantilly cream.
Then, be inducted into the mysteries of the Basque Cheesecake, known for its velvety opulent interior and caramelised crust—smooth and decadent with a creamy custard-like texture and lightly charred to impart a slightly smoky flavour.
Get rid of those crust issues and feel gouda bout yourself!
A light lunch is provided for all class participants. On completion of this class, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Please note, due to our environmental sustainability policy William Angliss will no longer provide disposable containers to transport food; bring suitable containers to take home all you make in class.
