In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to construct traditional, hand-rolled, buttery and decadent croissants, perfect for beginners with some kitchen experience and those looking to broaden their patisserie skills.
This compact and comprehensive course deconstructs the secrets and techniques of Viennoiserie pastry, enabling you to create faultless croissants with a professional finish at home. Youβll also create indulgent fillings such as the classic pain au chocolat, while focusing on the intricate art of lamination to achieve beautifully flaky, multi-layered dough.
