Take a journey through the art of producing the traditional Viennoiserie favourite β Croissants. This hands-on class is perfect for beginners with some kitchen experience or anyone wishing to expand their patisserie repertoire.
Learn to construct traditional, hand-rolled, buttery and decadent croissants, while uncovering the secrets and techniques of Viennoiserie pastry. An intensive focus on the intricate art of dough lamination ensures you gain the skills to create flaky, multilayered pastries like the iconic pain au chocolat.
Participants will also enjoy a light lunch and take home all the croissants they bake in class.

- Bring your own containers to take home everything you make as disposable containers will not be provided due to environmental sustainability policies.
