Freshly baked golden croissants displayed on a tray in a baking class

Take a journey through the art of producing the traditional Viennoiserie favourite – Croissants. Learn how to construct traditional, hand-rolled, buttery and decadent croissants in this hands-on class that’s perfect for beginners with some kitchen experience, as well as those looking to build on their patisserie skills.

In this compact and comprehensive workshop, the secrets and techniques of Viennoiserie pastry will be deconstructed, enabling you to create flawless croissants with a professional finish at home. You’ll also learn to create opulent fillings like pain au chocolat, master the intricate art of lamination, and work with flaky, multilayered dough.

Included in the session is a light lunch, and you'll take home everything you bake. Don’t forget to bring your own containers as part of our environmental sustainability initiative.
