Cottesloe Ready Set Ballet Level 2 (3/4yo)

Cottesloe Ready Set Ballet Level 2 (3/4yo)

Ready Set Ballet is an innovative program designed specifically to introduce young children to the world of dance. In each class, teachers explore aspects of the Ready Set Dance curriculum through playful approaches that are responsive to the curiosity and imagination of young learners.

Children are extended across the various developmental domains of physical, cognitive, language, and social development, using learning processes such as attending, remembering, and problem-solving. Through regular and sustained participation in Ready Set Ballet classes, children develop positive dispositions towards learning, such as enthusiasm, independence, concentration, persistence, cooperation, and the three Cโ€™s of confidence, coordination, and creativity.

Inspiring a passion for dance

Silhouette Dance Studio was born out of a desire to create a nurturing and supportive dance community, focused on encouraging students to strive for personal growth, artistic exploration and self-expression. Our mission is to inspire a passion for dance, fostering a love of the art, and a sense of inspiration in our students.

Creating a supportive community

Our Principal, Michelle Meschiati, founded Silhouette Dance Studio with the vision of creating a safe and inspiring environment for young dancers to train and develop as a part of a supportive dance community.Michelle began her own dancing career at 4 years of age and trained under Maria Gangemi at Gangemi Dance & Entertainment. From an early age, Michelle had a very strong passion for dance, training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acrobats and Irish.  Michelle has been actively involved in the dance and cheerleading community in Perth for many years and has also taught dance at colleges and schools across WA. Michelle is also a competition adjudicator and APDA examiner across Australia and New Zealand.
