The course explores the key grape varieties, wine production techniques, and major wine-producing regions of the world, along with the fundamentals of spirits, liqueurs, food and wine pairing, and label terminology.
Delivered through 16 hours of in-class sessions and concluded with a one-hour, 50-question multiple-choice exam, this course prepares students for success in the wine industry or deeper personal appreciation. A light lunch is provided, and successful students receive a digital certificate and WSET Level 2 Award in Wines lapel pin.
