Small Garden, Big Flavour: Native Plants

Small Garden, Big Flavour: Native Plants You Can Grow, Eat & Drink

Do you have a small garden space you’d like to make more beautiful or practical? Curious about Australian native plants and how you can incorporate and use them? Join Corinne for this one-hour online Master Class as she shares her journey and shows you how to grow, eat, and even sip from Australian native edible plants, sharing tips and stories from her own successful garden.

Back by popular demand, she’ll reveal how her gardening and hospitality experiences inspired her to bring native flavours into our eating and drinking spaces. After a brief virtual tour of her small garden, Corinne will explore –

  • How to get Started - Learn how to plan your native edible garden, considering climate, space, and plant size.
  • Australian Native Edibles You Can Grow, Eat & Drink -  Explore a selection of easy-to-grow native edibles and discover what you can make with them, using a variety of leaves, berries, stems, flowers and tubers.
  • Maintenance Made Simple  - Get practical advice on caring for native plants, managing pests and diseases organically, and tips to make your garden thrive.

By the end, what once felt unfamiliar will become your garden’s new fan favourite flavours and help you acknowledge and respectfully use the plants that are native to Australia.

All sessions are recorded and those booked in will receive the recording link which is active for two weeks. Friends of SGA receive a 15% discount on Master Class full price tickets. You can become a Friend of SGA here. Green Garden Professional (GGPs) receive a 30% discount.
