What I learned about your organisation that after I advised you that I could not attend the course and I received your invoiced for the balance of the course which I was happy, and you advised me that I could attend the next course and I was about to pay the balance I had a look at my MasterCard statement and I noticed that you had already charged it to my ANZ Master Card without me doing it. The only way you could have done this is to record the 3 digit security code on the back of the Master Card. and I do find this rather disappointing that a Organisation like "WE TEACH" would do that. I am sure that readers of this "Rate & Review" This is the second time some one did this on My ANZ Master Card and I will put this Rate & Review on public Medea my self to warn people not to use their Master Card on internet purchase in future. Dear Vince, I was disappointed with the content of the 1 day workshop, it seemed to me that you have integrated both home and micro brewery content which I believe did not deliver (given the cost) enough focus on the home brewing side. If I could offer advice I would suggest that you consider offering a dedicated 1 day workshop to home brewing and maintain the micro brewery as a separate workshop focus. I would also suggest that you could tighten your content (remove peripheral information) as I believe the workshop is unnecessarily long I hope you find this feedback construction Cheers Malcolm
I learned what can make beers go off both during the brewing process and during storage prior to consumption. Most importantly I now know the end to end process of brewing beer.
