Description

EPIC (Education, Permaculture, Inspiration Community Ltd.) EPIC’s vision is 'An abundant life for all through connection and inspiration using permaculture practices'. EPIC are establishing a permaculture garden in Partnership with Parks Victoria at the George Tindale Memorial Gardens in Sherbrooke .The garden is a community project which will incorporate a food forest, children's garden, vegetable gardens and a community gathering space. EPIC is responsive to a groundswell of interest in permaculture, sustainable and regenerative practices of growing, provision of food and addressing food security issues for people who live within and visit the Dandenong Ranges.

The EPIC team have a strong belief in participation, access and engagement with our community. EPIC is underpinned by the core values of community health and well being, the right to self determination and a sense of ownership and belonging. EPIC is guided by the three core tenets of permaculture: Care for the Earth, Care of people, Fair share for all.

Terms & Conditions

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Epic Project or organised by Epic Project must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Epic Project.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Epic Project unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Epic Project classes and events or on Epic Project's premises. (For use of Epic Project marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Epic Project requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer. 

4.) CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Epic Project requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Epic Project to organise a refund or transfer

What a fantastic session. Thank you to all the organisers and dedicated Epic team. The food was delicious too. The only negative was the noise, everything else was excellent!

Edible Forest Gardens Sat, 11 Nov 1:00PM with John loved it, it was interesting, would have loved to go in the garden and see/ work that too (but I was too tired and hot). Also, I enjoyed being able to get a fuchsia with nice fruit. Thank you very much. Petra Kahle, convener Food Forest Ashburton Group (we run the Winton Road Food Forest a the park)
