20 January 2020 • Body Positive Life Drawing

Wow! I was so nervous coming to this but I was created by such a warm, welcoming space that is Pink Ember Studio. Georgia was our life model for the evening and they allowed us to really explore their beautiful body and the power they felt from this experienced was expressed to us in so many ways. Seeing them after the class was great. Frances was wonderful and supportive the whole way, making small jokes, the snacks were vegan and gluten feee (salt and vinegar chips a winner for all) and plenty of wine. She allowed us to really explore our creativity and how we interpreted Georgia’s body on the pages. It was an absolute joy to be challenged and yet so completely relaxed and safe at the same time.

Loved the class - a super warm, inviting, non judgemental space, lots of different drawing items to pick from (texta, charcoal, pencils, ink etc) and I went with a few pals who aren't super drawing-confident and I think they had a lovely time too! I would come again, for sure.
