About
We are a small family run Melbourne based company. We make hand made candles, diffusers, room sprays, hand made home items such as coasters, candle holders, small plates, trinket trays etc. We use an Eco Resin to hand make all of our homeware items. All of our items are handmade in Australian from Australian producers and or suppliers.
We have been operating for 2 years now, and we are going from strength to strength. Our Eco Resin Coasters workshops has been going very well and we have recently also started running a Mould making class as well. We look forward to seeing you in our classes.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
You may cancel anytime before class starts and claim a full refund or transfer or credit note.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Lily and Lark Living or organised by Lily and Lark Living must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Lily and Lark Living
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Lily and Lark Living unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Lily and Lark Living classes and events or on Lily and Lark Living premises. (For use of Lily and Lark Living marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
Lily and Lark Living requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled by Lily and Lark Living, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
