Mamor Chocolates originally founded by Hungarian food Scientist Dr Frederickson 2011. Recently acquired by Janet McKenzie in 2015 we continue a passion for artisan chocolates and fine Pastries. Specialising in High tea, the Salon boasts opulent and intimate European charm.
Chrisley Polomack, a competent pastry chef trained in France at Francois Rabelais, inspired by his Mother who was also a chef. Needless to say the skill and attention to detail needed for pastry is in his blood. He has worked globally in France, Japan and now Australia. His enthusiastic and warm personality will charm you as you are guided throughout his classes.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon or organised by Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon.
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon classes and events or on Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon's premises. (For use of Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon marketing materials).
Mamor Chocolates & High Tea Szalon requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer.
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
