The Melbourne Food Tour was the perfect way to introduce Melbourne to my visiting international guests. The information provided was really interesting and the way Allan ran the tour made my group feel very unique, we didn't feel like a tourist at all. The food we sampled was delicious and our meal at Cumulus was the perfect way to finish off the evening. I look forward to doing another tour very soon.
We learnt a lot about the history of Melbourne and its bars, as we were led through the inner city to a thriving and energetic and varied spread of intimate cocktail bars. It was a revelation! The breadth of Sebastians knowledge was fabulous and his delivery of information was passionate, interesting and fun. The cocktails and food were delicious. An all round great experience for us . Thanks to Alan for being so flexible with our booking and also for his cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor. Last thinks to the other members of our group....nice people.
This was a fabulous tour, I learnt so much about some more hidden secrets of Melbourne. Great knowledge of history, food options and vendors at the Queen Vic market. A really good balance of places visited, tastings, (loved the bookshop!), whilst contributing to such a worthwhile cause.
