ONA Coffee supplies cafe businesses around Australia and the world as well as running leading cafes that push the boundaries of coffee service. With this wealth of experience we will teach you the essential skills of becoming a cafe barista.

We will equip you with the technical skills to competently operate an espresso machine. The variables are endless, however, there are three main areas to focus on that can make or break a coffee from cup to cup; Extractions, Milk Stretching & Pouring.

This course is jam packed and will provide you with that necessary base to becoming a cafe barista.

The Ultimate Cafe Barista Course is designed for the new or soon to be cafe barista with limited to no experience working on a machine. Home baristas and enthusiasts are also welcome should they want to jam pack a day full of learning.

The classes are really kind and thorough. In fact, I was attracted to this training because I heard that if I receive this training, I could be connected to a job at another cafe that supplies Ona Coffee. I had no cafe experience and had never done latte art in my life, but they taught me so well that I succeeded in making latte art for the first time in my life. I don't know if I would be able to get a job at a cafe by taking classes for 6 hours a day, but it was a fun time. I liked that all the staff were friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Victor was a great instructor who was highly knowledgeable. The training room facilities put you in a real world barrister environment. The course agenda covered everything I wanted to learn, and there was ample time to pour coffee and practice latte art skills. I would highly recommend this course.
