Course covers a good mix of theory and application, and Victor was very kind and patient through the whole process. Come in and ask as many questions as you can because its rare to get such a conducive setup for practice.

The classes are really kind and thorough. In fact, I was attracted to this training because I heard that if I receive this training, I could be connected to a job at another cafe that supplies Ona Coffee. I had no cafe experience and had never done latte art in my life, but they taught me so well that I succeeded in making latte art for the first time in my life. I don't know if I would be able to get a job at a cafe by taking classes for 6 hours a day, but it was a fun time. I liked that all the staff were friendly.
