Description
An amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional pasta making using the best local organic ingredients, traditional techniques, and tips to prepare the finest fresh pasta from scratch.
Learn the secrets of pasta flour mixes, enjoy creating your own pasta dough, and try to stretch the finest pasta sheets to produce different types of filled and plain pasta.
You will produce a wide selection of different shapes and sizes of traditional pasta, long short and filled!
At the end of the class you will enjoy a meal that includes some of your own creations:
- Mixed organic leaf salad or seasonal vegetables.
- ‘Primi’ course of two pastas.
- A complementary glass of organic wine.
And a take home pack including a recipe card and some of our certified organic fresh pasta.
Our class is done with vegetarian traditional ingredients. If you have any dietary requirements just let us know in advance and it will be accommodated.
What you will learn
