Join us in our vibrant, inclusive studio for a 3.5-hour creative escape where you’ll design and sculpt your very own Hobbit-inspired clay house – complete with textured roofs, carved windows, organic curves, and quirky embellishments. Whether you imagine a cottage for woodland wanderers or a hideaway for tiny magical beings, you’ll bring your miniature dream home to life.
Guided by one of our expert ceramic instructors, you’ll learn hand-building techniques such as carving, slab construction, texturing, and decorative sculpting – all in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment that’s packed with good vibes and clay magic.

The Samford Potters Collective is a new custom-built pottery studio located just 25 km from the heart of Brisbane city and sits in the beautiful green hills of Camp Mountain (Samford).
We believe that pottery is a timeless craft that can be enjoyed by all. We offer a variety of workshops, weekly classes, and wheel classes for beginner to advanced levels, private events, and more. Our full-service pottery studio has everything you need to get started on your pottery journey.
We are passionate about creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for our students and members. Our team of experienced potters and instructors are always on hand to provide guidance and advice every step of the way.

Your Teacher
This class will be led by one of our talented and experienced teachers who will ensure this class is FUN and inclusive for all. We always have an assistant on hand to ensure everyone no matter your skill level gets 1-1 help & guidance.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

- A refund can be requested 3 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 1 day before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$50.00 applies.
- A credit note can be requested 3 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Samford Potters Collective unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Samford Potters Collective classes and events or on Samford Potters Collective premises. (For use of Samford Potters Collective marketing materials). We will always respect your right to privacy - just let us know that you would like to be excluded from photos, videos, etc.
