Garden Journaling Series: Rediscover Your Garden Through Artful Observation

Step into a deeper relationship with your garden through this inspiring three-part Garden Journaling series. Do you want to record what happens in your garden, but just can't find the mojo to make it happen?  Designed especially for gardeners who want to observe more closely, and creatively connect with the natural world, each session offers a unique lens through which to really get to know your garden.  The sessions are also suitable for your kids or grandkids. Perfectly timed for the school holidays so you can bring them virtually along too. You don't need to be an artist or a writer—just bring a piece of paper, a pen or pencil**, an open mind, and a love for the living landscape right outside your door. Those booking into the entire series will get access to a prerecorded session on “Garden Journalling” which will really get you prepared to leap into the three sessions.

** (optional – bring something to add colour to your page such as colour pencils, markers or watercolour paints if you want.

Session 2 – Soil: Recording Its Gorgeousness - Weds 9th July 2pm  Discover the Magic Beneath the Surface Unearth the fascinating world below your feet and learn how to document the textures, life forms, and stories hidden in your soil. I really found this very enjoyable thankyou. My ability to draw is not so good but you are right practice makes perfect. It was insightful and interactive and talked to me on a level that I really could relate to. Thankyou for the reminder on anxiety that felt profound . Can’t Waite till the next one and I didn’t think about the horrors of the world all morning and I am going to endeavour to make the same decision all day. Thankyou for the connection.

Bethan delivered a delightful workshop that both inspired and encouraged me to start a garden journal. It was a lovely way to spend an hour. Recommended.
