Nighttime journalling in your garden
Description
Discover the Quiet Magic of Your Garden After Dark
How often do you truly experience your garden at night? While you’re tucked up indoors, your garden transforms—moths flutter, possums forage, snails and slaters emerge to play their part in nature’s quiet ballet. Flowers close their petals, and leaves gently curl as the temperature drops.
In this unique nighttime journaling session, we’ll step into the stillness and subtle beauty of the evening garden. You’ll learn how to observe and capture its secret life through words and drawings, using simple techniques in free writing and sketching. We’ll also explore how being in your garden at night can gently shift your mood, soothe your mind, and leave you feeling replenished. You can join the session from inside or outside - your choice. The presenter will be showing photos and being elements from outside indoors to demonstrate some of the nighttime beauty.
This session is part of a three part series called “Winter Gardening Journalling”. Other topics include ‘Finding Solace in Your Garden; Soil – Recording its Gorgeousness; Nighttime Garden Journalling. Book the Series Package for discount and access to special bonus: a prerecorded intro session to help you get started.
